“Análisis de gestión por proceso administrativo y su incidencia en la calidad de servicios del comercial Molina Proaño S.A. en el cantón La Maná, año 2021”.

The objective of this research is to analyze the management in relation to the administrative process and its impact on the service quality in Comercial Molina Proaño S.A in the canton of La Maná. The direct beneficiary is the owner of the Comercial Molina Proaño S.A., who directs his employees that work in the store, and in the same way, provides adequate service to users. The indirect beneficiaries are the SRI and the Decentralized Autonomous Government of La Maná canton. As part of the research methodology, bibliographic research was used to obtain concepts, characteristics, types, categories, and other information related to the variables, such as information of secondary origin, books, scientific articles, and others. The field research empowers searching for information from primary sources through surveys and interviews. In this way, it was possible to interview the owner and five employees as a data collection tool, and also surveys directed to consumers of Comercial Molina Proaño in La Maná canton. As a research proposal, the implementation of an administrative management model was proposed, through which proper decision-making can be supported, under scientific criteria and parameters previously analyzed and applied in other organizations, whose obtained results were very beneficial for the organizations that implemented it at the time.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión por proceso administrativo y su incidencia en la calidad de servicio en Comercial Molina Proaño S.A en el cantón La Maná. Los beneficiarios directos son el Propietario del comercial Molina Proaño S.A. quien dirige a sus empleados que elaboran en el comercial y de igual manera brinda una buena atención a los usuarios. Los beneficiarios indirectos son el SRI y el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón La Maná. Como parte de la metodología de investigación, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica, la misma que permitió conseguir conceptos, características, tipos, categorías y demás información relativo a las variables, información de origen secundario, de libros, de artículos científicos, etc. La investigación de campo permitió la búsqueda de información de fuentes primarias mediante la realización de encuestas y entrevista. Se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista dirigida a al dueño y a 5 empleados, y se aplicaron encuestas dirigidas a los consumidores del Comercial Molina Proaño en el cantón La Maná. Como propuesta de investigación, se planteó la implementación de un modelo de gestión administrativo, a través de la cual se podrá sustentar la debida toma de decisiones, bajo criterios y parámetros científicos que fueron previamente analizados y aplicados en otras organizaciones, cuyos resultados obtenidos fueron de mucho beneficio para las organizaciones que lo implementaron en su momento
